As a successful designer of fine silk accessories, her fashion career included sales and marketing with Calvin Klein, designing for Christian Dior and merchandising for some of the nation's top private label companies. She established her own firm, Zanghellini Designs, whose client roster included Tiffany, Nordstrom's, Berkshire Hathaway and Walt Disney.

Rosemarie grew up bilingual speaking English and German. As a longtime resident of New York City she is well-versed in explaining the world of Manhattan neighborhoods and public and private schools to clients. She currently lives in the Upper East Side with her economist husband and their almost ready-for-college daughter. In her free time she enjoys creative arts, travelling, gardening at her Shoreline CT home and watching her daughter ride horses.

Rosemarie Zanghellini has represented me twice – once in the purchase of the New York City coop and a second time recently when I sold it. First, Rosemarie works tirelessly on behalf of her clients. Rarely has I seen someone put so much effort into a smooth process. The coop process can be difficult, long and complicated but Rosemarie is a pro at navigating the coop-waters. In fact in my recent sale her advice to list slightly higher than originally discussed resulted in a sale number above my expectations. Further, once the buyers had completed their board package she sat with the buyers (not her clients) to make sure the package was properly done and then reviewed it with the Managing Agent, ultimately saving a week of time in the board approval process. I highly recommend Rosemarie for many of the qualities detailed above but she was also a strong communicator with me throughout the process.
