I have worked in the world of real estate for eight years as a colleague of Larry Kaiser and Craig Dix at Key-Ventures, Inc., a nearly fifty-year old boutique real estate firm specializing in Upper East Side and Mid-town East properties. In May 2017, Key-Ventures, Inc. joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and became the Key-Ventures Team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New York Properties.

I have a background in exhibition design and curatorship as well as fine arts consultancy. I also am a keen sailor. Just as in the art world, so too in the world of real estate I have found that one must be sensitive to and aware of the tastes and needs of one's clients as well as have historically deep and wide knowledge of available properties and market trends. In addition, in real estate as in sailing, the ability to adapt to the prevailing shifts in the market as well as steady performance as part of a team are keys to achieving success.

I bring those very qualities to assisting clients find their perfect homes. From among the myriad properties that New York City offers, I carefully curate lists of distinctive and well-priced apartments in distinguished buildings in specific areas of the City that suit the tastes and desires of my clients. For clients wishing to sell a property in New York, I am able to offer a careful historical market analysis of comparable apartment sales in order to advantageously position the property in the present-day market. Then, through the wide reach of the global network of our Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices offices I am able to connect with customers across our organization as well as from other brokerages in order to achieve the best possible price for the seller.

Sensitivity, knowledge, steadiness, adaptability, and team work get the job done.

In addition to sailing with a crew of friends, my other great joy and hobby is painting, both in oil and watercolor. Among the charities I support are Community Works, an organization that supports and promotes inner city arts programs in New York City, as well as The Patrons of the Arts in The Vatican Museums, an organization of which I am a Director and which supports the restoration and conservation of the treasures of The Vatican Museums.
