Brooklyn native Joseph Masini has long expressed a passion for building. He earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Pratt Institute School of Engineering, and began his career integrating weapon systems for U.S. Navy combat ships. Joseph then went into construction, operating a family-owned business that focused on high end residential and commercial projects, and he owned a steel fabrication business.
As a congenial people person with a flair for deal-making, his career naturally gravitated to sales where he racked up accolades and awards over two decades. His ground-up construction expertise coupled with his hard-earned sales skills, made real estate a natural fit for Joseph, who prides himself on his persistent and energetic approach. "As an engineer, I'm a numbers guy, I can assess a property's financials quickly," he says. "Plus, with 20-plus years of selling experience in New York City, I have an extensive list of contacts, and I can connect buyers and sellers quickly to move an asset."
Considering his strong local network and fierce negotiation skills, it's no surprise that he hit the ground running, earning more than $8 million in sales in just his first two years in real estate.
When he's not hard at work assisting buyers and sellers throughout New York City, Joseph's hobbies include fishing, golfing, stamp collecting and amateur radio (AC2RE)
