Kaylin is featured in the book and world exhibit "200 Women: who will change the way you see the world" and she is the recipient of the 2016 Black Women of Influence Trailblazer Award and 2017 Association of Black Women Attorneys Achievement Award.
Kaylin is the Immediate Past President of the Association of Black Women Attorneys, sits on the Executive Committee, New York State Bar Association, Board of Governors, National Bar Association and chairs the New York City Bar Professional Discipline Committee.
