Personable, loyal and hardworking, Beth Davis provides top-notch service in her mission to find her clients a place that they can happily call home. Her white-glove approach to customer service includes playing the role of both educator and navigator. She explains the process thoroughly, making sure her clients are aware of important market trends, and she astutely guides them through each transaction providing steady counsel at every turn. Earlier in her professional life, Beth held a number of positions that have honed her admirable skill set. She researched and wrote about Latin American economic issues for a media startup, managed a local sales force for an international insurance company, taught English as a second language in Switzerland, and owned her own jewelry business.
She has a tremendous amount of personal experience with relocating and seeking out new dwellings, and with managing her own investment property, which not only sparked her deep interest in real estate but also helps her empathize with her clients' needs to this day. Through her family's own relocation from DC to Switzerland to New York, she knows what it takes to successfully relocate and prides herself in giving that first-in-class service to all her international clients. Beth covers every transactional detail of relocation plus devotes time to help clients carefully choose neighborhoods and schools and understands the larger picture of the impact of uprooting an entire family. Taking pride in delivering services above and beyond the real estate transaction, Beth makes sure that her clients happily settle down new roots in their new country, city, neighborhood and home.
In her spare time, Beth sits on the board of Parents in Action, is on the Gala Committee for the Mary McDowell Friends School and volunteers with the Better Angels of Our Human Nature, a federally approved non-profit organization started by a group of US Postal employees.
