We worked with Jeanne for nearly 1.5 years, with the majority of our time together during the housing market boom of 2021 due to the pandemic. As first time home buyers, we relied heavily on her expertise, which was clear she knew much about the Dutchess County market. In a rapidly changing home market, she was able to help us navigate the changing methods of buying a home. She has contacts with several vendors that made the process easier as well, such as a home inspector, a mortgage company, and others that turned out to be wonderful recommendations. We were also very picky in what we wanted in a first home, and we saw nearly 30 homes with her. I always appreciated how gentle and patient she was with us, and always responded quickly to seeing a new home that came on the market. Jeanne was extremely kind and understood that we were looking for a house that met all our needs, and we were willing to wait for that. She also always focused on the mechanical parts of a home, unafraid to get into attics, check behind oil tanks and look more closely at what could potentially be costly repairs down the line. On more than one occasion she was able to point out issues we didn't see that certainly saved us money on a house repair. I highly recommend Jeanne as a first time home buyer to show you houses that fox exactly what you want to see, and also suggest houses you might otherwise look over. She was wonderful to work with, and she was the reason we were able to purchase our first home. We couldn't be more thrilled with our new home.

Jeanne is wonderfully patient and responsive. My elderly mother recently moved back to Poughkeepsie. Jeanne helped her clarify what she was looking for in a house, helped her make a strong but appropriate offer on the house she fell in love with, and helped her with the closing every step of the way.
